Because we visit in the morning, we take advantage of the freshest fish available that day. Whenever possible, our menu highlights seasonal seafood and traditional Portuguese fish dishes. However, we also prepare meat-based options, ensuring flexibility and variety for all participants.
After the market visit, you will return to Cooking Lisbon for a fully hands-on Portuguese cooking class. Using the ingredients selected earlier, you will work in small groups to prepare a selection of traditional Portuguese dishes, guided step by step by our chefs.
