Winemaking:
A selection of the best grapes of Aragonez, and night harvest (Moon Harvest), originated this wine – Invisível (Invisible). The must is transported in refrigerated truck to the winery. Then, is driven by gravity into the cold chamber, where it remains to decant for 24 hours at low temperatures. After this process, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts and the fermentation takes place at controlled temperature of 12 º C for 15 days.

Tasting Notes:
Almost transparent, with rosy lace, it has a floral scent, with notes of white fruits (melon and pear). The palate confirms the aroma, with a good balance and slightly sweet finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 6 – 8 º C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with sushi, smoked fish and seafood.
