FAQS
Nothing, except appetite! There is nothing else that you need to bring to your cooking class in Lisbon. We will provide everything you will need for the class, such as ingredients, aprons, recipes, pencils / pens to take your notes if you like. We really want that you and your group have fun during the cooking class, while learning something new in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere
Not at all. We’re here to teach portuguese gastronomy, whether you are a beginner or a experienced cook. We promise that you will learn some new cooking skills, tips, and recipes that you will be able to use in your own kitchen. Don´t by shy, make questions. However, Portuguese traditional gastronomy is easy and doesn’t have any special technique.
We kindly ask that you inform us if your plans change and you will not be able to attend one of our classes. Thank you! Check our terms and conditions.
Please let us know when making a reservation and we will adjust our menu to your specific needs. During the booking process you have one field to write health restrictions ( gluten, lactose, allergies to specific ingredients). Portuguese Traditional Gastronomy is not vegetarian friendly, we may change or supply a different recipe.
Please make every effort to be on time. In the event if you are arriving late, please enter the Cooking Class in quickly and take a free seat. At the first available moment, the chef will explain to you what the class is doing right now and what will happen next.
In case you are late for the Lisbon Market Tour – unfortunately we have to keep to a schedule of our planned activities and classes so we will not be able to wait. We do not issue refunds for the Lisbon Market Tour in the event of lateness. We will leave our meeting point at 10:00am.
Yes, the wine we served during the Lisbon Cooking Class is included in the price. If you enjoyed the wine that you taste, we have always available some wine bottles for sale after the Cooking Class. Just ask for that to a member of our team. We sell at Cooking Lisbon tins for the pastry class, wines, olive oil and some merchandising.
If you didn´t find any answer on the Faq questions, please contact us.
